CRS drops to 442 in Second Express Entry Draw in 11 Days

The new CRS cut-off recorded as on 25th June 2018 draw has come out to be 442 where 3,750 Invitations were issued.

IRCC used its tie-break rule in this draw as well. The tie-break date and time for this invitation round were January 28, 2018, at 21:06:11 UTCC. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 442, as well as those candidates with scores of 442 who submitted their profile before the specified tie-break date and time, received an ITA in this invitation round.

The short duration in between the draw from the previous draw of June 20 and the larger number of Invites has led to this 9 point drop in CRS.

Canada has increased the number of candidates it plans on welcoming through Express Entry in 2018 and in 2019, to 74,900 and 81,400, respectively.

So far in 2018, IRCC has issued 39,700 ITAs.
